About the Internship
The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and provides an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and facilitating employee onboarding process.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR documents.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
Preferable Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
